Flite
This is your main performance and development portal to support your growth at UM and Mediabrands. It is made up of the following areas:
Flite Welcome – New starter hub
Flite Learning – A place for you to sign up to many different training, workshops and learning sessions, that will support you to have a better understanding of Mediabrands, the agency industry as a whole, as well as many areas to support your growth and development.
Flite Performance – A place for you to input and track your development goals, send and receive feedback for yourself and others, as well as check-ins with your manager. You will most likely find you use this most frequently.
Flite Support – FAQs
Flite Recruitment – This is going to be used by hiring managers when they are managing the candidate stages for their job vacancies.
Internal Careers – Access to jobs in the network.
Payslips Portal
This is where you’ll be able to view and download your payslips and any other pay related forms you may receive.
HR Link
This is where you request, input and track your time off and for managers to approve and review the time off of teams/employees. Please remember to input all your different types of time off into this system.
Fiori – Expenses and Time
Use this system to enter your hours on a daily basis for timesheet management. You can also use this platform to input and manage your expenses on an ongoing basis. Speak to your line manager if you need any more support.
Access 2 Benefits
Access 2 Benefits is where you can view and modify your benefits. Please note that there are specific windows during which you can manage your benefits. You can also use the platform to access documentation when required.
