Password Lock Out
IPG Profile Manager allows you to recover and change your password should you get locked out. It will also allow you to manage various aspects of your online identity at the company.
- Update your details and add a photo to your account.
- Search a data base of other employees
- Manage your password
- Unlock your account

Make a meeting room, book personal space and manage visitors at the Old Baily HQ.
Wi-Fi
There are 4 different Wi-Fi networks available:
- OneConnect Private – for your machine
- OneConnect Public – for your mobile
- OneConnect Guest – for any visitors. Please note that this is no longer an open network with a shared password, all guests are required to register
- OneConnect – this is the same network you used at SJS and will only be live for a few weeks before it’s decommissioned

Printers
New printers have been installed in the stationary rooms on floors 3-6. Your prints are released once you enter your 4 digit PIN. If you are unaware of your pin click here (ensuring you have the VPN enabled if you’re working remotely) and login with your email address and usual password. Your PIN is displayed under Card\ID on the top left of the page.
