You are allowed to be yourself and express what makes you unique. Yet, we know this isn’t always the lived experience. In fact, research finds that 61% of employees hide parts of who they are to fit in at work.

 

We all hold back sharing about ourselves at times. This is a personal choice that we’re all permitted to make. But hiding who we are is not okay if it’s out of fear of rejection or exclusion.

 

That’s why we’re committed to co-creating an inclusive culture where everyone is able to be their full and best self at work. When we express and value our differences, we all benefit from increased confidence, contributions, sense of belonging, and performance.
