Access to The Bailey w/c 13th December

Further to Richard’s note yesterday on the move to working from home we wanted to update you on logistics at The Bailey from Monday 13th December.

 

It’s important to note that our offices will remain open for those who are uncomfortable with another period of continuous working from home. We are very proud to be able to keep our offices open to support those who need it at this time but we ask that you use this facility sensibly and act responsibly when doing so.

 

Lateral flows and mask wearing

The safety of all our teams has always been paramount and we continue to call on you to ensure you feel safe and well before you come to your office. We strongly encourage you to take lateral flow tests before you visit, and ask you to wear masks in high traffic areas and small enclosed spaces.

 

Desk bookings

All bookings made before the government announcement will be deleted so, you will need to rebook a desk if you’re heading into the office. As always no-prior notice is needed and you can book on your way in but, this remains essential for safety and security reasons.

 

The Hub support

A reduced Hub team will be available in ground floor reception to help anyone who is coming to the office in the run up to the Christmas break. If you have any questions, you can contact them on @The Hub (LDN-MBW).

 

Catering, hospitality and IT support

The café will continue to open and there will be IT support at the IT Bar on the 4th floor but, hospitality services will only be available at special request.
